Not really a person that goes to do facials all the time. Lately I’ve realised I needed it being 36yrs old now spending so much time in the sun outdoors and just recently going for scuba diving swimming etc - being inside the sea so much caused many breakage and discoloring of my skin. Not to mention the dryness of it. Then I found this place randomly through a search online I was bored at the time but really needed someone that is professional with qualifications and experience to really do the job well. So I trusted my instinct and gave Anaya a chance ???? and what I have experienced so far is great. They are truly professional. Offered me water and I waited for my turn they gave me consultation sheet to write down about my condition so that was a Trusty feeling???? The lady that treated me was so nice I couldn’t remember her name and they had a promo at the time 30% so I felt lucky. I just tried the most basic treatment first. They were very thorough and use quality products. So don’t complain about the price because they have nice equipment and pro ladies and a comfortable clean ambience. They give private room for you as well not with a bunch of other people so that was amazing. My skin was glowing the next day them knowing how sensitive my skin is as I told them and they reviewed my skin and super on point! I asked when is the best time to come back for a 2nd treatment and the lady told me next month. So that’s when I knew that they were truly qualified beautician. I definitely will come back again next month. I nearly fell asleep during the session because it didn’t hurt at all she was very careful and I felt safe and comfortable. See you in 3 weeks! I couldn’t recommend this clinic any higher. From the second I walked in, the staff were so lovely and warm in their greeting. I was a little nervous to get anything facial aesthetic wise done in Bali as I’ve had a few bad experiences recently however from the second I met Dr Liana, she made me feel comfortable. She spent 20-25 minutes listening to exactly what I wanted and really understood me, educated me and gave me very good recommendations. A lot of clinics push for more treatment to “overfill” your face and gain more sales however Dr Liana understood the very subtle natural enhancements I wanted. Talked through everything with me and got rid of ant concerns I had and really gained my trust in her skills. She was more than professional, very knowledgeable and very patient with me also. When it was time for the treatment, she was so careful, ensured I didn’t feel any pain and her assistant was a life saver!! I didn’t catch her name however she was distracting me from the slight discomfort and soothing me throughout. Thank you!! Dr Liana was making sure I was checking the process each step of the way to ensure I was happy. I feel so confident and happy with the results already and genuinely cannot thank Dr Liana enough for having such a calming, professional and warm nature throughout. Thank you so much Dr. I will not be visiting anyone else for future treatments. 5 stars are not enough to give!!

I had an awesome experience at Anaya Aesthetics. Super clean facility with a very professional staff. I had three treatments done over two visit and I am VERY PLEASE with the results. I would definitely recommend this clinic
